Just chillin

Hi guys, as you know in Britain we don't do Halloween overly much, but i love to create stuff for it,

My latest crypt with the skeleton who's just chillin, is made using the Spellbinders Grand Christmas lattice dies by Becca Feeken,

I love how versatile these dies are!! these are fabulous for Christmas creations too,

Becca does some fabulous Halloween products, but I've just used what I had in my stash for the embellishments,

I used black card stock for the crypt with a layer of Silver mirri for the next layer down from the front, I then used the same mirri card for the tree,
I used a little chain from my stash with a Tim Holtz skull too,

A air dry clay moon which i made with a mould  by Finnabair creates the inner scene, I added some metal sequin stars and added a little white chalk on the base for an eerie look,

The skeleton was a cheap string of skeletons bought a few years ago!!, lol

I cut a cobweb out of the same mirri then added a plastic spider, I made glue drips and threads too look like he was making his web, he's a messy creepy spider!!

The base has some flowers and moss from my stash, along with some chipboard toadstools from Dusty Attic,

These are painted with acrylic then have wax over them,

So there's my chillin skeleton in his crypt, wonder what he's thinking? he he

See you soon,
Happy Crafting!!
