Baby Girl

Hi guys, this is my second post today, this time for the
the theme this month is
 A Special Date
So  New baby, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Christening, Engagement etc,
we are kindly being sponsored by Wild Orchid Crafts,
I chose a new baby using one of the older magnolia's from my stash, an oldie but one of my favourites!!
I coloured her using my distress inks, keeping the colouring soft looking,
I cut out the  shape using a LDRS die from Tracy at Noor Design UK, using Pion papers from the Theodore and Bella collection and Pion Dusty Rose palette,

I made a banner out of the border strip paper and some flowers from my stash,
Some lace, pearls and a Scrapiniec chipboard teddy bear finish my card off,

I then used this paper for the inside, leaving a space for some text,

Do join us in the fun, we love seeing your creations,
Happy Crafting!!

Time Is What You Make Of It

Hi guys, I'm here today with another card for my hubby, this time for his Birthday, which years ago when it was his Birthday 4 days after our wedding seemed a good idea!!!
not too sure when you've to wrap your head around two men's cards in the same week now though!! but thankfully this year the latest Crafteezee collection "Life Is A Journey" from Tracy came in real handy!!!
Now hubbies into fishing!!! so the fabulous LOTS Pion papers which came in the kit were perfect,
I added some fish stamps from my stash, fussy cut them out and using some small foam pads on one end of the fish only then glue on the other, then  fixed them onto the card to make them look 3D

Included in the kit was the fabulous lace, I think a hint of lace never hurts anyone including fella's, lol
the fabulous film strip, the adorable resin Camera and the awesome metal banner which says Time is what you make of it, well believe me, men can fish the hours away no danger!!! he he,

For a little added interest I added a Fantasy 8 Pointed Doily die behind the layered papers, adding a little touch of structure paste and then a wooden clock which came as part of the kit too,
(I then added a fishing thingy, yes no idea what's it called, as my son "who's a fishing nut too" told me which way up to place it!!) then I added some of the twine type stuff which was wrapped around one of the parcels in the collection, (see I try to use everything) as the line and some cogs from the kit as a little added decor!! lol

I finished off the inside of the card with one of the papers, a chip board bottle by Scrapiniec again in the kit, onto which I added a little vintage photo ink too, the text and fish stamps were from my stash,

Do check out May's fabulous Life Is A Journey collection and the next one for June which is the

Happy Crafting!!

I love you

Hi guys, I'm back today with another creation using the fabulous
It's mine and hubbies 37th Wedding Anniversary in three days time, so of course I used some of the fabulous products from the kit, talk about great timing!!! Lol
The background paper is from the kit and is by Pion Design, as usual all links below,
I then added a layer of the lace from the collection,
then on top I used one of the Pion Design papers from The Songbirds Secret which I had bought previously from Tracy,

I moved the embellishments around on the paper till I liked the effect, then started fixing them into place, underneath are two Fantasy Dies, the 8 pointed doily die and the On the wings of love dies, both of which are out of stock at the moment but drop Tracy an e-mail to see availability,
I then layered a wooden Button and a sentiment tag from one of the Pion Design papers from my stash, I  then just added some brads from my stash,

Here's a closer view of the wooden button,  I thought the I love you was very apt,!!! lol
If you saw last weeks post in which I showed you all the products which came in the kit, I mentioned the fabulous metal envelope shown below, which I added some paper behind and a little Dutch Doobadoo structure paste here and there too,

I finished it off with one of the adorable resin cameras, a cute metal clock with a gear effect inside and some of the flowers from the collection too,

Go check this collection out or why not pre-order the next one

Life Is A Journey

Hi guys, I'm showing you today the latest Crafteezee collection,
I love it, it's full of fabulous products with  fantastic papers and colours!!
First I will show you what I made, then I will show you below, what is in the collection too,
sorry that means a lot of photo's so grab a brew!!!

I got the camera album design off my Silhouette as I thought it went fabulously with the theme of the collection,
The LOTS Pion papers 6" x 6" are part of the kit, as is the film strip, flowers and the  adorable charm, I added a hint of Dutch Doobadoo structure paste here and there too, all links at bottom of my post

On the sides I added more of the adorable paper and then a bit of waxed cord in white for the strap effect,
Here is the inside pages of the album,

Now what an image!!! and what man do you know who wouldn't like to meet a mermaid or two!!! lol
You can then of course add photo's or text!! he he
I tied the pages together with some Vintage Seam binding in white,

On this page I added  some more of the fabulous papers, then one of the envelopes which came in the collection, this would be great for keepsakes etc,

On this page I again added some of the fabulous paper then one of the chipboard bottles by Scrapiniec which came in the collection, I added a little distress ink on the edges of the papers and the chipboard, plus some more structure paste,

I thought I'd show you an example of how the kits are presented !!! they would make an awesome gift for someone too!!

So as you can see they come in a box then when that's opened inside is usually a ribbon bow then tissue paper,
Are you excited yet, I am!!!Lol

Wow gorgeous flowers!!

Then a parcel wrapped with string, intriguing!!!

So inside, all these awesome embellies!! yeah

So the next package in the kit, this gorgeous diamante bike,

Then, this fabulous metal envelope embellishment, this will come in handy later this month for my wedding Anniversary!!!

Some fabulous clock style embellishments

And some film strip as used above,

An awesome packet of cogs!!

More metal embellishments in a bronze type colour, did you spot the charm I used on the Camera?

Yes there's still more!! so here we have a gorgeous clock with a cog effect,

Just look at these stunning resin cameras!!! oh the possibilities!!
