Bebunni - Poinsettia

Hi guys, popping by today with a card I've made for Bunny Zoe's using this adorable Bebunni stamp Poinsettia from Crafters Companion, yes that's right a xmas card and me who doesn't do xmas till December 23rd!!! lol

anyway i couldn't resist it and it also comes with some fab sentiments too,

I coloured up the image this time with my distress markers and added a hint of stickles to the center of the flower, the fabby papers are from the Bebunni Christmas collection and are gorgeous!!

On the edges I used a postage stamp from the Stempelglede follow your heart collection and the flower swirls from the Stempelglede Vintage Garden Collection,

The Poinsettia flowers were made using a Doo Hickey die,

I covered the large snowflake die in frantage to give a snowy feel to it,

The fur trim was done using liquid applique,

Wish upon a star

Hi guys, I'm here today with our latest challenge for we do doobadoo, this time it's

Celebrations

My card is for Tegan my Grand daughter who will be three next month, we are still up to our ears in decorating and trying to get their house sorted so I've made her card when I've had chance,

The gorgeous image is by Lili of the valley and is called Wish Upon A Star and I've coloured it with distress markers, this is the first image using them that I've managed to colour up that I'm pleased with, I also used a postage stamp from the Stempelglede follow your heart set on the edges and a text stamp from the Postcard from Paris set,

The DD paper art stars 472.948.005 finish off the theme and I've added hints of glitter to them to add a little sparkle, after all a little girl should have some sparkle!!!!

The beautiful papers are by Pion and are from the My Precious Daughter collection, so love these and just couldn't wait to make this card as soon as I saw them,

Have you spotted the pink Tulle? 

Think you should be able to see it here, I machine stitched folds in a length of Tulle, then added it behind the image between the spellbinders scalloped circle which I added behind, for a little  added detail where you can see the scallops I added some tiny pearls,

The letters were from a piece of paper I had in my stash so i cut them down and edged them with vintage photo,

I also used a  Lovely view die from Little Darlings, edged with vintage photo and a Metal III and bow knot shoes charm which i added a hint of snowtex here and there too,

The awesome flowers are from Sweet lilac and they are gorgeous, so love the choices you have, go check them out here, I added one of the DD swirls underneath for a little interest too,

Hi guys, yes we're still in the thick of doing Kay's house up, it's taking longer than we thought but hopefully were getting nearer!!!!

This card I made for my lovely sister and hubby for their Anniversary,

This adorable Wee stamps digi is called Bird Swing and i coloured it with my distress re-inkers,

the gorgeous papers are from my all time favourite Maja design - summer and spring time Basics,

Closer view! I added a pearl heart by Marianne design for the romance effect too,

The cardboard heart is by Dutch Doobadoo 472.309.004 and i finished it off with a little crackle paint, the papers, seam binding and gorgeous lace all came from Live and Love crafts,

The die cut word is a Die-Versions die, pearl string from stash,

The weather here is gorgeous, but so hot at night you can hardly sleep!!! still not complaining, it's so lovely to see the sun in summer!! lol,

Bear hug

Hi guys, well were still in the middle of helping kay with the new house, finally getting to the decorating bit so need to do a little more wallpapering and helping with Tegan and then hopefully they will be able to move in!! lol

I'm here today with a card I've made for Bunny Zoe's using the adorable Candibean stamp called

Koala bear hugs,

Isn't it so cute!!! I've coloured it using my distress re-inkers and I added a postage stamp on the edges from the Stempelglede follow your heart collection,

The awesome paper are from the Kaisercraft - Kaleidoscope paper pad as are the tags and Butterflies, I simply cut them out and edged them with some vintage photo distress ink,

some pearls from my stash finished them off,  I also lightly distressed the edgesof the tags,

The beautiful lace edge my sis made for me, thank you again Ann, I love them!!!

Bingo at bunny Zoe's

Hi guys, here today with the latest fabby challenge over at bunny Zoe's which is a Bingo challenge for you,

I have made a card using some of the gorgeous Stempelglede stamp sets

I managed to use all the lines,

For the front Sentiment I used a stamp from the follow your heart set, stamped in Rich Cocoa Memento ink and I added a couple of magnolia Knick Knackeys too,

The beautiful butterfly was off the Stempelglede - Vintage baby set and I coloured it with distress re-inkers and fussy cut it out, then I heat set a little frantage onto it,

The Filigree  corner die is by La La Land crafts and i layered this onto the gorgeous Vintage Romance paper by

 Cart -us, the lace is by KaiserKraft in natural,
Flowers - Sweet lilac

for the inside i used a Magnolia stamp called Gemini Tilda

coloured with my distress re-inkers and fussy cut out, I've also used another doily

The label tag is a Doo Hickey dream tag  die and i've added yet another butterfly done the same way as the front one,

Sorry i'm still not around much, so much needs to be done to Kays house or I'm needed for Tegan being looked after, still once they have moved in I can have my craft room back,with space to work lol,

Time to Celebrate

Hi guys, we are right in the middle of doing Kays new home up, there was a few things which needed sorting we weren't expecting like dodgy electrics etc, but thankfully my hubby is an electrician so that saved the day lol,

I made this card for a new baby for a girl who works with Kay who is due soon, and i made it to fit in with the latest we do doobadoo challenge which is spotty and dotty,

The adorable image is by Lili of the valley called Just Arrived and I have coloured it with my copics and made it 3D ,

Hopefully you can see the layers!

The dots on the top right were made using grunge paste using a DD faded dots stencil  - 470715004and i heat set the dots using my heat gun on hot and held it quite close so i got a little added detail too,

The papers are by Maja design from the vintage spring basics which is my favourite set ever!!! which reminds me I need to order some more lol,

I added a computer generated verse on the Magnolia Doo Hickey tag and a charm from my stash,

the Fabby DD paper art leaves have been used again too 472948002,

For the inside I added another LOTV stamp set, again coloured with my copics then fussy cut out and layered on a piece of twine,

Again the verse was computer generated,

Summer time fun

Hi guys, just popping by with a card i've been making here and there, as you know were helping Kay to get her house sorted, it needed a few more jobs doing than we thought so I've been helping with that or looking after Tegan instead, however i just couldn't resist making this display just for fun!

I've used the fab new house template 470 713 510 made by Dutch Doobadoo as a beach hut this time, if you wish to see the house one i made please scroll down,

I used some wood effect paper to make the hut adding 3D foam pads on the door panels to add depth and on the top of the roof too,

Tilda and Edwin are coloured with my distress re-inkers and have been fussy cut out then layered onto the display with foam pads (Tilda) and acetate Edwin,

The kraft sprocket from DD I used as a nautical type embellishment on the top,

to give the sea effect I added some shells, and seaweed type dies on top of some cheesecloth, the waves were made using a on the edge die,

Closer view of Tilda and beach effect, the fence is a Doo hickey lovely fence die and I have added vintage photo to give an a weathered look,

the waves have a hint of crackle paint on them,

Edwin has dots of liquid pearl on the star fish and the flag die is by La La Land crafts,

Time for a break

Hi guys, I thought I'd pop by today with a creation I've made using one of the latest products from Dutch Doobadoo,

This is ome of a pack of four apron shapes made out of MDF code Mini Album 460440060 that you get in the pack,

I have so loved making this and have used some of the new Maja design coffee in the Arbour design papers, I made a pocket shape using one of them and added the gorgeous paper art border on top again from DD,

The adorable flowers are a mixture from Sweet Lilac and ones from my stash and I have used some of  the gorgeous pearl string available at Live and Love crafts, i cut down a hint of a doily to peek behind too,

The clock is again from another Maja design paper Vintage Autumn Basics XVI and is again from Live and Love crafts as is the seam binding I've used for the ties,

 I've also used the  fabby paper art kraft kitchenware again from DD 479002004 of course to give the kitchen feel to the project this time!!! some I raised up with 3D glue to give depth to the project,

To finish it off I added a tag from the paper pad and some of the delicate paper art butterflies 472948007 so love these and use them nearly all the time,

I have a few ideas running through my head for the three other aprons too, I just need the time!!!! lol

talking of which, Kay is nearly getting her house hopefully!! she should have got the keys today but it looks like she may not now, when she does get them we are helping out with a bit of decorating etc so I may be here and there a while, but i should soon have my craft room back!!!!

trying to craft on a smallish table in your bedroom for eight months and having to move everything to do one thing then move it again to do another has driven me mad!!!! lol

so anyway enough of my rambling!!, hope you like what I've created, thanks so much for your continued visits I so try to get back to you but with Tegan here 24/7 and she shouts Nanna where are you and looks so adorable I just can't resist her!!!!!
