Colour Create DT card,

Hi peeps, 

Here I am running late, it's been one of those weeks, don't know what day it is half the time, not that that's why it's late lol,

Am I making sense?  no I thought not if Mandy reads this she'll say typical Liz as she can't understand me half the time lol either he he,

Anyway enough of my babbling and on to the serious stuff, is blogging serious? not when I'm involved half the time I'm laughing my socks off, oh well I dither again lol!!

The challenge is a lovely one by our very talented and lovely Mina, it's for 

Pink, Green and cream with the extra of frosted, yum yum

and we are sponsored by Michelles scrapbooking and more

 I'm trusting that all my piccie will show on my template that |I've got now or there will be stern words with Mr Blogger

I've used the Magnolia window which I've printed out then printed again onto aceate, cut it out, layered it onto the printed piece which I have already coloured, then printed another for the wooden frame again cut just this out and stuck that on top of the vellum, was a lot of work so hope it shows lol, then I added glamour dust over the raised up frame and less on the window to look like a snow drift, well in theory anyway, Tilda is also coloured using Copics and mounted onto 3d foam pads for dimension, I've layered up my image with one of the layers also having glamour dust round it for extra frosting and there's a bit at the soles of her shoes but I don't think you can see that, 

With my computer trouble I've not managed to find any challenges so will try to look in a bit if there is any.

Also my apologies to my paperplay teamies as again with said problem I couldn't upload the images from our sponsor in time to get my card done, thanks you Sandie for being so understanding hun,

Colour Create and Paperplay Dt Cards

Hi Peeps,

Colour creates challenge this week is set by our talented Sharon and it's to use all white except for the image, but all papers and embellishments must be white, the optional extra is embossing,

We were provided with some gorgeous  digital images by Sassy Studio Design thank you,

I'm entering this into the following challenges,

Digital Tuesday~ it's all about the girls,   Corrosive challenge~ Clean off the dust~ mine's the embossing folders,

I've coloured my witch with Copics, cut her out mounted her on foam pads to give dimension, the stars are a Sissix Die and the moon is a circle die that I cut out then I moved it about to half way and re cut and hey presto a moon lol, the swirl is the new Doo Hickey swirl die I love this, the cat stamp was a freebie from a magazine, sentiment computer generated,

Paperplay DT card,
Over at paperplay we were provided with some of Phindys gorgeous images, I chose Let's play,
Papers are Pink Petticoat and Magnolia, leaves are two punches,

This time my image is coloured with Distress inks, I love the various colours you can get using just a couple of the same inks diluted down, I've kept this fairly simple to show the image and because I think it would be great for a lad who probably wouldn't thank you for flowers etc,

I've used a gorgeous Lili of the Valley image for this card, coloured with  Copics, I've layered her body by doing an stamping her bodice twice and layering the top one with Pin flair glue, getting a  habit this lol, I coloured my white pearls with lemon Copics,

Our lovely sketch for you to follow is from our lovely Sandie, with the extra of using some new stash, we were also given some gorgeous images to use by Wink Wink Wink, thankyou,

I chose puppy in boots and my new stash is the paper, I cut the whole image out after colouring, then decoupaged just the dog and tulips again and you guessed it layered it using Pin Flair glue lol, I left the puppy white as it's more like a Westie that way lol, the wellies were given a glossy accent treatment but I don't think you can see it that well, and then I added a hint of Glitter her and there, I think I've heard a hint of Glitter somewhere before lol,

Colour create and Paperplay DT cards,

Hi Peeps, Over at colour create this week we have A lovely choice of colours for you, they are Ivory, Duck Egg blue and one other colour from the picture, optional extra is shabby chic and a bow, our lovely Julie has set this fantastic challenge and here is the picture for inspiration,

I chose a hint of brown for my other colour, we are being sponsored this time by Michelle's Scrapbooking,

I've made an easel card, using paper from the Mariposa stack made by DCWV, there is some gorgeous papers in her I can tell you, I die cut a heart out of colour core cardstock and distressed the edges with frayed burlap distress ink, the gorgeous butterfly is a Funstahps stamp? didn't know that till I just looked and it's like who are they lol, it's one I've had in my stash for years, anyway it's stamped on white vellum in using  a  colour box pigment ink pad in Robins egg, near enough to duck egg me thinks,lol, and added loads of Glamour dust,

I layered a piece of Aida fabric behind the heart, glittered some of the images on the dp, made a flower using three sizes  of my scalloped nestie shapes, added a tulle bow, some butterflies and a spellbinders fancy tag, three gems and a peel off sentiment, I've used more peeloffs in the last few days than in the last three years lol,

My next card is for Paperplay and the theme is called Bon Voyage, it can be vacation, Moving etc, and we are sponsored this week by the fantastic Simon Says Stamp,
Challenges, ABC Challenge, A is for August,   Penny's papercrafty challenge~ Anything Goes,

As you can see I used a Magnolia Tilda image for this card kindly sent to me as a RAK, she fit in perfect for this card with her little suitcase like she's all packed for her hols, wish I was going too lol,

I used a Magnolia Ticket and a Tim Holtz Filmstrip Frames Alterations Die with beige vellum behind to hopefully look like the negatives for photos, no digital photography taking for this girl he he,

She's coloured in copics, mounted on an oval and oval scalloped Nestie, papers are Tim Holtz too, my photo's not so good this time may be I need to charge up my camera,
I've used lots of Glamour dust again and distressed the edges of my papers, it's getting a habit this distressing lark lol,

My Colour create card and my exciting news,

Hi peeps, I'm using the post writer on my blog for the first time, would you believe it as I normally use Live writer but it has no labels slot so I have decided to use this, so I'm hoping this comes on my blog ok, as I'm also trying to get it to come up tomorrow or today if your reading this lol,

I've used Distress inks to colour the image, the image was sent to me as a RAK by my lovely friend Elaine, Thanks hun,

Challenge, Lily of the Valley,

The colours this time over at Colour Create  have been chosen by or lovely Victoria and she's gone for Hot Pink, warm Orange and Saffron, the optional extra is butterflies,

It's not colours I usually use but I must say I enjoyed the challenge and this is my card,

My exciting news is the lovely Sandie over on Paperplay has asked me to be on their DT team and of course I said yes, so what a fantastic week I've had lol, the theme for them this week is open and so I've made a christmas card, I don't know why because I usually don't do Christmas till November lol, I have used one of Di gorgeous Digi's for my card from here and it was so lovely to print, and colour,

 I have used a Marianne  Creatables die for the main body of my card using glitter card and making sure the top of two of the scallops were out of the die so it made a card lol, I then used a scallop and circle Nestie for the image which fit's perfectly inside, the image is coloured with copics and has quite a bit of glamour dust on them, the ivy is a punch I've had for years, well I hope your all having fun, hope to see you soon,
