Shaken not stirred, lol

Hi guys, no James Bonds not around, but I've made a shaker card and it came to into my mind lol,
Hubby's a big fan of Bond so maybe that's why!!!
Anyway onto my project
I started off by masking a few larger images together, Pixie Tilda with Snowy roof and a Magnolia moon stamp I have with a old Christmas sleigh stamp I have had for years,
because of this I decided to make it more into a display for  over Christmas,
All my images are coloured with my distress re-inkers and then I made it into a shaker style finish,
the light has caught on the acetate so sorry for any glare,
the trees are again by Tim Hotz and Magnolia,
I used a TH Snow flurries die for one edge then used a Doo Hickey  Tilda lace die for the frame,
the snowflake is by Marianne,
the background paper is from the Winter Wonderland pad by MME from My Crafty Heart

Other Items Used
Doo Hickey ~ heart swirl branch

My GDT card

Hi guys, I was asked by the lovely Sara to be a GDT for the challenge
lovely Hanglar or sweet Magnolia

of course I jumped at the chance, the theme this time is
 ribbon or trim,
I used both lol,
As you can see I've made yet another Christmas scene card, I just can't get these out of my head at the moment lol,
I used a middle stepper card for my main design and made the Welcome Home stamp for the middle with the adorable new Edwin with sack in front,
all my images are coloured with my distress re-inkers and are cut out,
I changed my colours slightly and used  hints of red on Tilda with two presents, as well as the others, and the trees have again been snow tex treatment and can you just see my lace trim peeking out at the bottom, available from my crafty heart although it's out of stock at the moment
the flowers are dosed with a touch of a Viva pearl pen in ice white to look like frosted ice, from my crafty heart
I also used it on top of  the door frame,
Tilda with lovikka mittens looks like she's  peeking above something so I carefully cut around the inside of the mittens and fixed her on top of the Doo Hickey lovely fence die,
I also used a Doo Hickey lamp post again giving this the snow tex treatment,
Finished view again, with the gorgeous gold silky crush ribbon  available from the pretty little ribbon shop

Challenges
The dutch magnolia chickies ~ bingo ~ swirls/ lace/ flowers
Deep Ocean ~ Anything goes
Crafts and me ~ anything goes

Walkies

Hi guys,
the challenge we have for you this time over at
use an animal on your work,

My brother-in-laws birthday was last month and he loves walking, and takes his Labradoodle with him, she's gorgeous and beautifully friendly but quite huge lol,
anyway this is my take on the theme he he,
For a change I coloured my images with copics and then made my scene with my Doo Hickey spruce tree die and Tim Hotz pine tree die to try to create a  woodland, forest effect!

I coloured out the dog and cut her out then layered her in front of the card to make it even more 3D,
I also used my Doo Hickey grass die to finish the front off too,
finished card again, showing the main shape made with a Go Kreate die and Magnolia paper,
I also used a Tim Holtz distressed doily die and a Doo Hickey tag die, the banner stamp is also by Magnolia,

Another Christmas scene card

Hi guys, I can't believe I'm so in the mood for Christmas cards, so here is another one lol,
At Magnolia down under they want to see your favourite colours, well mine at the moment are certainly these, based on Taupe/browns, grey/ blue and cream/ beige, varying the strength of the re-inkers gets you the different depths of colours too,
I had a change this time and stamped out the house and the roof images, coloured them up, layered the roof onto the house again like before but this time then mounted the finished house onto some card stock leaving a small edge visible, again I've used a Doo Hickey swirl die for the smoke,
Edwin is from an older collection and when I saw this gorgeous Walter the moose stamp from the last  autumn collection my mind worked it's own mysterious way and saw this effect where Edwin had mistaken Walter the moose for a Christmas tree, hence the cat saying " should have gone to spec savers"
excuse my hand drawn talk bubble lol

I used a small clear stamp I've had years for the light bulb string and stamped this onto Walter and then cut them  and Walter out, shaping his antlers forward a little,

Edwin is again cut out and layered with pin flair glue too, again slightly shaping him before hand to make him less flat and look  more tangled up lol,
The trees, fence and snow bits have again been done with snow Tex, so love this stuff!
finished view again,

Recipe
Paper ~ Tea Thyme @ MCH
distress re-inkers
Magnolia ~Welcome to a sweet Christmas ( sweet Christmas dreams collection)
Snowy Roof ~ ( A Christmas Story Collection)
Jasper ~ A Christmas Story Collection)
Walter the Moose ( Turning leaves collection)

Tim Hotz ~ Pine tree
Snow Tex

Challenges

well that's all for now back soon,

A change for you or should that be me? lol

Hi guys, I felt like a change from stamping the other day and I'd just received this adorable bird cage die from Teresa at my crafty heart and wanted to use it as a main focal point,
I usually use some of my dies as accents behind things and will probably use it this way too later,
I've used some gorgeous papers from the Prima Tea Thyme pad OMG they are gorgeous!! I love them!!!
the little tag effect on the top left was made by cutting into one of the designs in the pad,
to finish off the distress look I machine sewed my papers and distressed the edges with my distress tool,

I tried to achieve a soft vintage look, has it worked? or maybe I shouldn't have asked lol

Another wallhanging

Hi guys, I'm in Christmas mode! yikes!  me!! who doesn't normally do Christmas till the 24th of December and even then it's debatable!!! lol,
anyhow, I decided to make another wall hanging as I so loved doing the first one, this time I've kept my colours to my faves at the moment, you will be sick of seeing these colours soon lol,

warning picture heavy again lol,
I've again used a large Go Kreate die for the main shape the used a square for the main design, I've tweaked a gorgeous sketch from MDU for the inspiration,
the gorgeous papers are MME Winter Wonderland from Teresa at my crafty heart and Riddersholm / Huntington garden ~ songbird from Live and love crafts, the main shape is larger, so needs 8 by 8 or 12 by 12 papers
All my images are coloured with my distress re-inkers, then this adorable new Tilda from the latest collection, has been cut out and layered onto a Doo Hickey lovely fence, which has been dabbed with snow tex as has the Doo Hickey spruce tree, and all the Pine tree dies,

I masked the Welcome to a sweet Christmas stamp  with the new snowy roof  stamp again from the new Christmas Story collection then I stamped the roof out again coloured both sections and after cutting the second one out layered it over the top of the main image with pin flair glue for depth,
Hope you can see the depth of this picture, the snow effect was again done with snow Tex, love this stuff lol,
I used a Doo Hickey tag die which I stamped the new Merry Christmas stamp onto then edged the edges again with snow Tex, the bow is made using oloroso seam binding from the pretty little ribbon shop,
I made the poinsettia flower using the same papers as my background and added a little snow Tex again,
the holly leaves are a Marianne die,
The smoke was made using a Doo Hickey swirl die, I used Tim Holtz Idea-ology hitch fasteners for the  gorgeous twine which was in a lovely candy I won from Maria Therese and the beautiful doily was a gift from Teresa, thank you girls,
to finish off I machine stitched my square paper then added Snow Tex here and there, lol
Completed view again
