Some exciting news and a card

Hi peeps,
I'm over the moon to tell you my daughter is pregnant,
She's had her first scan yesterday and I was told strictly I wasn't to say any thing  till she'd had it lol, she's due in August and it will be our first grandchild, Were  so excited,

Now for my card,
I've used a lovely hAnglar stamp that was sent as a Birthday present from my lovely friend Elaine, thank you so much hun, I love it,
I've coloured her using Copics, which was hard because I'd forgotten how to use them you may still think I've forgotten when you see it lol!

Over at Simon Says Stamp they want make your own embellishment, well I've threaded some thread through some  lace with a lot of holes which was hard to do lol, pulled it up tight to form a circle joined the ends and made a flower effect, added a button on top which has a little raffia tied on,
I've then used the same raffia to make a bow,
I've made a muffin using shrink plastic which started out as a large muffin cake from Magnolia,
the Doo Hickey trim I cut out then put it through my crimper to add detail, but you can't see that very clearly, typical !!!

Challenges,
Simon Says Stamp ~ Make your own embellishment,
Top tip Tuesday ~ All stitched up

Well hope you all have a lovely weekend,
Hugs Liz xx
