Ahhhhh!!

Hi guys, I'm here today with my card for our latest challenge over at

All Dressed UP

I couldn't resist using this gorgeous adorable Christmas Deer image,

I coloured it with my copics,  adding a little liquid pearl in the middle of the flowers,

I used some of the fabulous sequin metal stars from Swedish house Crafts and some handmade Foamiran flowers from 14 Craft Bar, the text was a stamp from my stash,

Another Christmas Card

Hi guys, I'm here today with another card I've made for Christmas, this time using the fabulous dies from the Vol 17 Kit Christmas and Winter by Magnolia which I got from Suha at

Swedish House Crafts

The dies in this kit are fabulous, I love them!!!

I cut out the fireplace in water colour paper to add a little texture to it, the die cut the stockings and leaves from Maja Design papers, I then added a few tiny s/a pearl dots for the berries,

I die cut two candles out for on  the Mantle,

I coloured the back of the Fireplace with distress ink, then taking the middle sections of the ladder from the Vol 17 kit in Kraft card I fixed them randomly for a brick effect,

In from I added the Fire which again is coloured with distress inks, stippled on with a piece of foam,

I did the same with the logs too,

My card needed a little something near the base, I made this card for my daughter and family and as you know she doesn't do overly fussy!!! so hard I have to sit on my hands, lol  so I stamped this adorable tiny Gingerbread man from the Christmas Party Snowman and Gingerbread Kit, coloured him with my distress inks and fussy cut him out, then adhered him in place with a foam pad,

I finished off my card with some Sisal and a couple of my handmade Foamiran Poinsettia flowers and some holly leaves which I cut out of the same paper,

I used the Poinsettia die, stamens and Foamiran from 14 Craft bar

I'ts Beginning to look alot like Christmas

Hi guys, over at 

Lovely Hanglar or sweet Magnolia when have a new challenge starting which this time is 

Anything goes,

I've made a Christmas scene using some 3D houses, Snowman stamp from the Fall collection and an older Santa by Magnolia then some of the dies from Vol 17,

Hubby cut me a thick piece of hardboard for the base, then I glued together the 3D houses, painted them with white Gesso  and fixed them onto the base,

I used a ladder die from the Magnolia vol 17 club from Swedish House Crafts out of Kraft card stock for the bricks on the houses,

along with some structure paste for the snow effect,

I then added some chipboard brick pieces as the path effect in front of the houses adding some more structure paste and some Art Stones by Prima,

I die cut a baby deer and placed it next to a Snowman stamp from the latest  Fall collection by Magnolia, which I coloured with my distress inks and fussy cut it out, I then made a carrot for his hand out of card stock and a little leaf embellishment from 14 Craft Bar,

I finished the front of here off with another die from the Vol 17 kit,

The middle house was given similar treatment but I added a ladder die from Vol 17 ( this is where the brick detail came from for the houses)

To the taller house I added the same brick effect, structure paste and a charm on the eaves,

in the front of this some more Art stones were added, I made a 3D Christmas tree out of cardstock and added structure paste on the edges as settled snow,

And of course we have to have Santa, he again is coloured with my distress inks then fussy cut out and I sat him onto a cinnamon stick from my stash,

I then made some handmade flowers out of Foamiran from 14 Craft Bar for the other side,

I then finished off the roofs with some cheesecloth and more of my various hand made Foamiran flowers and berries

I then added a couple more Deer dies, and at the back I used a couple of  Christmas Trees with a Gummiapan stamp and die again from Swedish House Crafts,

Now you may have noticed the wire around the tree, well I added some miniature lights to the tree and the back of the houses so it lights up at night,

Just For You

Hi guys, I've made a Christmas Card without it being for a DT, lol

so I thought I'd show you,

I used some 7 Dots Studio papers I've had in my stash forever but really love, I added some distress ink to the edges and then distressed them with my distress tool,

after layering a few different papers up I added some lace, half a doily, straws, a chipboard piece and a Tim Holtz die cut cut, using Kraft card stock and  also I used some sisal,

I then made a handmade Poinsettia flower in 001- white  Foamiran then I a stamen bunch for the centre, with Olive green Foamiran for the back these are from 14 Craft Bar

Underneath I also added a few smaller flowers in 012 Light grey Foamiran, stamens   and Rosy Dot AC3 Dies

A Gift Stocking Holder For You

Hi guys, for my post this time for the  Swedish House Craft DT, I've made some  Christmas Stocking gift card holders, which I made using some with the fabulous Maja Design papers from the Joyous Winterdays collection from

Swedish house Crafts,

I made two male themed ones and one ladies themed,

For the female version I used some of the fabulous red patterned papers and used the strip off the bottom of the papers too,  the strip border had hearts on so I cut a few hearts out using the middle of the Roxstamps Nesting round cross stitched dies, handy hey?

I added a little lace, foamiran flower and charm from my stash and to finish it off added one of the acorns and a hoop to hold it with out of one of the banner dies

For the first of my male themed ones I used the blue effect papers,

After cutting out the shapes on my Silhouette machine, I machine stitched them together, on the one above I used the adorable Gummiapan snowman die simply colouring him in with my copics and adding a little seam binding for his scarf, I've used this die quite alot this year and will do so next year too, lol

I placed him in front of the lovely fence die by Magnolia simply cutting it down to fit,

I then finished it off with one of the wooden pine cones,

On the opening section at the top I added a Gummiapan snowflake die and made a hoop out of some of the paper using the Gummiapan stitched banners dies and a eyelet from the mixed Meadow set,

As you can see I again used the adorable snowman with his seam binding scarf, I also used some die cut words, for a little added interest I added some Snowtex on top of the letters and bits on the Snowmans hat,

I used some of the metal sequins stars here and there too,

This time for the top opening flap I again used the stitched banner die for the hoop another of the metal stars and again one of the cones, finishing it off with some Roxstamps numbers dies,

On the back of all of them I finished them off with a place to pop some text using a Magnolia die in the relevant papers,
