Summer time fun!

Well we would love to have summer time fun, on the beach or even outsider but it's pouring down with rain and freezing cold here, and it's supposed to be July!!!!
yesterday it was a little warmer though we had a horrid thunder storm and showers all day,
will some one please tell Mr Sun we would a visit from him any time soon lol,
Our challenge today over at
Seaside theme
I wish! he he

I've altered a plain basics photo frame and used the  gel effect design in the centre, love this so squishy lol
I coloured my frame first with white acrylic paint then when that had dried added another layer with a hint of distress ink in antique linen for the sand and  tumbled glass for the sky,
my gel bag is made by using washing gel, you can use other stuff too, if you would be interested in a tutorial just let me know and I'll try to do one later,

my images are coloured with distress re-inkers  and I've sat Tilda on what I found out later is the sun!
so she's tanning her bum beautifully lol,
To finish off I've used shell stamps by Magnolia, real shells, flowers and cheescloth, the banner is a Magnolia sentiment and I've made the banner using my scissors,
hints of stardust stickles finish it off,
check out my awesome teamies creations too, they are fab!

We are sponsored this time by the lovely

who is giving some fabby Magnolia stamps as the prize,
