My Lovely Friends,

Summer and Autumn lol,

Hi Peeps,
Yesterday was the most beautiful day, glorious sunshine, fluffy white clouds and so warm,  today it's dull raining, and yuk lol, and to make it worse my sons at the wedding today, the bride must be going nuts!

For my first card it's for my colour create DT card, this weeks challenge is my choice and its to use,
Red, White or cream and Gold and the extra is Oriental or Christmas,
We are kindly being sponsored by Michelle's scrapbooking,

Please excuse my awful photo, I did it the same way I always do but for some reason I couldn't get a good one, to be honest I had quite a hard time with this project but it's way to long to explain, lets just say more than one went in the bin lol,
I love this latest Magnolia girl,

My second card is for Paperplay, which is our lovely  Julies choice and it's the called Autumn is a comin, it certainly feels more like that today he he, and we're sponsored by the lovely  Simon says Stamp, thankyou,
Challenges~  Creative Belli ~ use old stamps,   Crafts and me~ Gems and sparkle,
Penny paper-crafty challenge ~ Happy Birthday,    Stamptacular Sunday~ Distress it,   Sketch Saturday~ Jeanettes fabulous sketch,

As you will have guessed the challenge is to use Autumn colours on your projects, I thought I'd have a change form my usual style and do some heat embossing and colour distressing too, so the flower has been stamped in Rusty hinge Distress ink then I added clear embossing powder over the top then added hints of glitter here and there,
I distressed  the edges of my papers and main image with Brushed corduroy and Rusty hinge, The gems are papermania Mosaics  and were just the perfect colour,
Punches~ Martha Stewart, button and ribbon ~stash
I have made this card for my Brother in Laws Birthday, which is at the end of September, hope he likes it,

The girls have done some stunning creations so pop on over to the challenges for any inspiration and to give them some love,

Hope you all have a lovely day,

Just a quick note I've candy on my blog if any one's interested,

Two beautiful cards Liz.
Your colour theme for the Tilda card is fab, and even I like this Tilda LOL! But if had to pick from the 2 which I like best it would be the 2nd card. I simply adore these colours on the Autumn card. You know I had that stamp myself and I threw it away because I just couldn't think how I'd ever use it. After seeing your card, I wish I'd kept it now! This is simply gorgeous.
Love Elaine xx

Hi, Liz. Your new creations are gorgeous, I don't know about the one that went into the bin but it was worthwhile! I think that they show your versatile crafting genius.
Talking about the marriage, there an Italian proverb that sounds Sposa bagnata, sposa fortunata = wet bride, lucky bride! Hugs. Miria

Wow, both these cards are really awesome. If you had trouble with the Asian Tilda, it sure does not show. That is so beautiful. And the lower card with that fantastic wild flower stamp is gorgeous. Love how you did the distress ink and clear embossing powder.
