I hope you all enjoyed your Easter break and had some fun, Hubbie didn’t tell me but he actually got today off so that was a nice surprise, this afternoon I got in a silly mood and did a card using distress inks using a stipple brush, some Kitchen roll and a few stamps, I like to experiment sometimes and sometimes it pays off and other times it doesn’t, let me know what you think,, only I will cry if you say it’s horrid lol, well here goes,
Challenges are, Just Magnolia~ folds, Our Creative Corner~ Buttons,
As you can see the card is a gate fold card which is held closed by the latch, Edwin is mounted on the edge of the main overlap on foam pads to give him dimension, I’m doing a faze of this at the moment lol,
Distress inks, Water colour paper, twine, Buttons, Magnolia Edwin Image from Mandy, thanks again hun, Creative Expressions tree stamp, Kitchen Roll, Stipple brush, textured Cardstock, brad,
Hope you like it, thanks for looking, hugs Liz xx

Beautiful card! Love the scene and that cute image, fab fold too. Thanks for joining in at Just Magnolia, hope to see you back again next week! :)
I think you did a great job! Your inking is really great, the colors layer into one another just perfect. And I love the way you did the trees in the light and dark shades to give them depth, very nice! If Edward doesn't have a good time in that forest, it's not your fault! Hugs, and I hope your foot is doing better! J:)
Nothing to cry about here Liz it's a cute card, fabulous image & wonderful details.
