Hi guys

Gosh where have I been? the answer no where but I just don't seem to have time to post a card lol,

do you ever get like that?

the trouble is I keep tweaking my blog and still not liking it lol, I know what I want but just can't find it he he, oh well enough of my babble!

I've done a card based on  shabby chic with white, well it's been one of those that didn't come together easily, but it just had to be done, yep I'm in that mood too lol, probably why I keep tweaking my blog!!!!

Sweet Treats

Hi guys,

Yeah it's Totally Tilda challenge time again,

and this time it's to use confectionery, cakes or Chocolate, not just chocolate colours though lol,

Go check out the DT creations, they are stunning!

As you can see I was in Copic colouring  mode, 

the shaped card was  made using  Go Kreate dies, my papers are Tim Holtz, flowers are WOC,

pearls stash,

I will have to check later if it fits any challenges, but if you know any, please let me know lol,

Have you missed me!

Just a quick post to say why I've not been around a couple of days, posting that is, 

saw my Sister the first day, she's got a Labrador crossed with a large Poodle, so it's  a Labradoodle, towers over Tilly as you can imagine lol,

second day, well this was perfect!

Kay asked me if I wanted to go to her scan and see the baby, well of course I said try to hold me back!

it was fantastic and I saw it put it's little arm over it's head like it was stretching, so precious, I had to hold back the tears!!! big soppy Nanna to be!

Yesterday was lovely too I had Heather from Rica's Haven visit me, she was down here visiting her daughter so we got together for a craft chat and play,

it was lovely! I really enjoyed it, Heathers lovely and we had a real good laugh,

When she was leaving, we remembered we'd forgot to take piccies, so this is taken on Jim's phone,

Hope you all have a lovely weekend,

 I'm off to get some Magnolias which have arrived at the shop for me,

Celebrate spring!

Hi guys,

Isn't it gorgeous! had a walk this morning, positively summerish lol the birds are singing, and a gorgeous Butterfly was in the Garden, luckily I saw it as Tilly had her nose on top of it sniffing, but when I told her to leave, she did bless her and it flew away quite happily, the butterfly that is not Tilly lol,

Our challenge this time at Colour create is by our lovely Janiel and is for pastel colours and the optional extra is 

Easter,

well I just had to stamp up my new stamps from Magnolia didn't I!

they are so gorgeous!!

I've masked the barrow of tulips with this gorgeous Tilda and coloured them with Distress Inks,the flowers are WOC and I've given them the glitter treatment lol, 

all my paper edges are machine sewn,

Over at Paper Play the challenge is distressing and is set by me!

I hope you like the challenge and don't just want to throw things at me lol,

I've used a Fuzzy Moon image, isn't it cute,  again it's been done with Distress Inks, the background is pale pink but you can hardly make that out lol,

The sentiment is one of Lynne's from here, these are great as you can make them to your own size,

I've used a Doo Hickey die cut to make the half frame for my image and to add interest on the main card, my paper edges and my image edge are all distressed with my distress tool some of my papers are sewn too,
