Make today a happy day

 Hi guys, do you make ATC'S, well it's not something I normally do but for a change and to show the range of smaller stamps from the In The Garden range by Cleverprints for some inspiraton I have made three, lol

I used a backround made with spray inks, then when dry cut it down to the sizes of the ATC'S, only slightly smaller so I could have a border around, 

I used the stamp sets, stamping some directly onto the background as in the small Dragonflies, letting the background be the colour,

For the one with the leaves I used the falling flowers stencil on the background, along with one of the stamps sets, making it a focal point, then I used some fussy cut leaves to add some interest and layers,

The 3rd ATC is again using some stamps on the background, with the flower stamp also stamped coloured and then fussy cut out, I have raised the text as on the Dragonfly one on a seperate piece of card, then cut around the words,

these can also be used as elements on larger cards etc, but I love how they make a statement on there own too,

so I'm back today with another step by step tutorial with this card

As soon as I saw the dies from the latest collection, I saw Daffodils in the flower heads, which are perfect for a Spring themed card,

Blooming Lovely

 Hi guys, I'm back today with a card I created for Cleverprints Ltd,

There are two in this collection, Blooms Framed 1 and Blooms Framed 2,

For this card I used the Bloom Framed 1 and some of the stamps off Bloom Framed 2,

I have a step by step on how I created the card for you,

Here I've trimmed the topper down to just past the ends of the stamp, and cut around the flowers,

The trimmed section is approx a quarter of an inch less then the main card, at the top, bottom and near the spine,

The stamp below is off Blooms 2

The card base is slightly longer and wider then the topper,

My knife was getting blunt, it's best with a new one or one that cuts cleanly, lol

The sammler flowers are off Blooms Framed 1, the text stamps off Blooms Framed 2

This I just glued over the top of the other, it is entirely optional, I just Liked it that way,

I hope you have a go, it's a little more time consuming, but you don't need to cut the main card parts away, they would just show under the die cut instead, so either or is ok,

Happy Birthday, A Card Made Using The In The Garden Collection From Cleverprints Ltd,

 Hi guys, you could be joining me for the Cleverprints Ltd weekly showcase of our lovely latest collection In The Garden by Jane Royston, which has some totally fabulous stamps, dies and stencils in the collection,

The stamps are so easy to stamp and colour, I have fussy cut my flowers samples here today and they where so easy to do,

I have created a video for the making of this card, which I will link to my youtube channel below, I hope you enjoy watching it, please feel free to leave me a comment or maybe even subscribe to my channel if you wish,

I created the Base of my card using some Black cardstock, on the Right hand side I added a stencilled section I created using the Flower Fall 041 stencil, using my Gelli Plate and Alcohol inks, this is shown in my video too,

The gorgeous flowers are created with the stamps from the A happy Bloom set for the flowers with a stem and the Floral Twist set for the smaller flower heads and Happy Birthday text,

I used the Dies from the Abstract Geometry dies set and they cut out beautifully, Both these dies can be used as a continual design, as I have on the long strip on the left hand side, I trimmed down both edges after cutting the die once for the vase effect,
