Get well soon

Hi all, today I'm posting with a special post for
Magnolia-licious, courtesy of
Swedish House Crafts and 14 Craft Bar,

Before you read this further I must warn you it contains an image by Magnolia from the 13 Nights of Halloween, so if you wish to wait till you get your kit don't read any further, lol

Swedish house crafts and magnolia-licious have teamed up for this joint venture to show you how
two different online shops in two different countries can work together as a team, showing you how the fabulous mixing of Magnolia products combined with Roxanne and Gummiapan products work so well together,

As you probably already know Shawn the owner of Magnolia-licious is now selling Foamiran by 14 Craft bar and other products to make gorgeous flowers including the peach Foamiran and  the 04 stencil I have made these flowers from, these stencils are fabulous for making all kinds of flowers including the frilly type roses I have made here,

I grouped a small display of the roses in peach Foamiran for this event, along with a tag made with one of the new images from the 13 Nights Halloween kit by Magnolia,

I got my 13 Nights Magnolia kit 2017 from Suha owner of Swedish House Crafts and this time I coloured her in with my copics, to match the colours of my flowers, this collection is based on fabulous products for injury or get well themed creations and I thought a bunch of flowers always goes nicely for someone who's feeling unwell,

I used the stencil 04 to make the roses, then I used some of the Olive green Foamiran for the leaves and calyx's,

Do check out all the gorgeous creations on Magnolia-licious and Swedish House Crafts for this joint event including giveaways on both Magnolia-licious and Swedish house Crafts,

I wish to thank Agnes from 14 Craft Bar for letting me participate in this event for Magnolia-licious  and Swedish House crafts,

Happy Crafting!!

Beautiful Fall

Hi guys, It's my turn today to show you some inspiration for
Agnes has some fabulous Foamiran, stamens, stencils and lots of other fantastic products for sale in her online shop here,
this is what I have created to show you today,

I used a wreath from my stash as the base then added Foamiran flowers and leaves in fabulous Autumnal colours,

I hand cut  my flower and leaves,

the larger flowers were made using yellow/004 and Lemon/003 Foamiran, for the centres I used 029/ Brown and 026/orange,

the smaller flowers were made using 026/orange, all of the petals I added some colour too with oil pastels, I then added some gorgeous stamens 108 to the center of these,
the spikey type flower was made using 019/ Lime for the main effect and 021/Green for the Calyx's,

I hand cut and designed these fern type leaves, using the lemon 003 Foamiran and coloured the edges with oil pastels,
I made some similar ones in white Foamiran at the top of my wreath too,

I got a few different templates of leaves off the internet for the shapes and then hand cut them out using 020/Olive Foamiran for most of them and 004/Lemon for the other, I added some lines to the leaves using a skewer and then added some colour in oil pastels to those too,

Full view again,

Bushy Tail

Hi guys, it's time for another little inspiration over at
this is one of the gorgeous images which Wendy released this month,
how cute is he/she?

I decided the image would look good in a woodland scene, so I printed it on a piece of card stock suitable for colouring with my copics,so after colourng it in, I then fussy cut around the body of the  squirrel so I could slip a tree die cut behind it,
I then simply added some die cut leaves here and there too,
My grand daughter has already claimed it as hers, lol
Don't forget we have a challenge going on on the All Dressed Up blog and also one on FaceBook, plus if you wish to see some more inspiration we are also on Pinterest,

Mixed Media Box

Hi guys, I'm here today to show you a Mixed Media Box I have created using some of the fabulous products available at

I had the box in my stash just crying out to be altered, so first I began with adding some colour to the wooden box here and there, but mainly on the edges, blending into the middle,

Then  I did some stamping on the box with the worn harlequin stamp by Gummiapan, I love the distressed look on this stamp!!

As you can see I stamped on the sides too,
For  the top  display I took the Doodled Circles die by Gummiapan and cut a few layers in Kraft card stock, these I glued together which gives the effect of chipboard,
I glued this down then added some leaves using the Gummiapan Twig with berry right sided die, these I cut out of one of the Pion papers from the Songbirds Secret,

I then finished this off with  some handmade flowers and leaves  in Foamiran,

I finished off my box with these awesome metal feet and handle which come as a set and are a fantastic price, they are available in different styles and sizes too, do check them out!!!

Have a look at all the fabulous products Suha has in her fabulous online store, I think some would make fabulous Christmas Presents for a crafty friend, or why not treat yourself!!!!

the papers are by Maja Design from the I wish 6 x 6 paper pad, which I got from Swedish House Crafts, I then finished my card off with  some dies from my stash, adding some liquid applique for the snow effect and a handmade Foamiran flower,

*This is my second post for today, I had one on earlier for LHOSM, scroll down if you wish to see it,*

IT WAS MIDNIGHT!!!!

Hi guys, it's time for another challenge over at
this time it's to use a trim,
so ie: ribbon seam binding, lace, twine etc
We are kindly being sponsored by The Rubber Buggy
and seeing as it's nearly Halloween I couldn't resist using some of my Halloween stash!!

I've had these Magnolia Tilda's in my stash for years, but I still think they look fab!!
so after colouring them with my distress re-inkers I fussy cut them out, bending the legs forward on the sitting down one so she actually could sit down,

I also used the background stamp which I masked with an owl stamp both oldies by Magnolia too, these again I coloured with distress re-inkers, I added some lace trim around the outer edges of my easel card and added some tombstones and a scary tree cut with my Silhouette machine,
I then added a skull embellishment again from my stash,

The base section of my easel card, has my Tilda's of course and a coffin top which again I cut with my Silhouette, I couldn't resist adding another skull to this too,

I again added the same lace to this section as well as some flowers, spider and a pumpkin again from my stash,
The fabulous papers I used came from the Maja Design paper pad - Walking in the Forest from Swedish House Crafts, these are fabulous for Autumn based cards including Halloween as you can see,
As you can see I also added a fence die cut too,

I used some more trim on the removable tags, a little black ribbon and finally some twine,

Then a Pumpkin charm again lurking in my stash!!! LOL

Why not join us in the fun, remember it's to use a trim so it could be other then Halloween, it's entirely up to you!!!

It's challenge time at.....

The theme is as always anything goes,
so why not get out your Foamiran and join us, we would love to see your foamiran flower creations,
there will be a top three and
you could be in with a chance to win  25 Euro to spend in the 14 Craft bar store

I have made a card for Christmas using some of the fabulous Foamiran, stencil, stamens, berries, and leaf type products all available over at the  14 Craft Bar shop,

So I used some of the fabulous papers from the UHK Gallery Frosty Morning 12" x 12" paper pad, this pad is full of fabulous patterns and colours and also  include some tags, one of which I've used on my card, this I fussy cut out and distressed the edges, to match my background papers,

I used one of the fabulous new stencils this time 06 to make my Poinsettia styled flowers using 012/ light grey Foamiran for the flower heads, these stencils are great as you just use them to trace around with a tooth pick or skewer and then cut them out with your scissors, you can cut out more then one at a time too by placing up to four layers  of Foamiran together, this is also  fab if you don't have a die cutting machine too, I added some colour on the edges of the petals with some Gallery oil pastels in  colour 540,

I added some of the gorgeous 2mm Pearl stamens 2/040 in the centre of the flowers after I glued the layers together, off setting the petals on each layer, then I finished off the flowers with 021 Green Foamiran for a Calyx type backing for my Poinsettias,

I then added some hand cut Holly leaves again from the same stencil using 018/Grass Green, I added some veins onto the cut out leaves using a skewer, then I added a little colour on the edges with some oil pastels and finally added some Snowtex too,
To finish off my card I added some of the lovely red Berries here and there and then I trimmed down one of the fabulous leaves 001, again adding some Snowtex here and there too, these leaves make great fillers for inbetween your flowers,

So don't forget to join us in our challenge,
and check out all the gorgeous products Agnes has in her online shop too,
Happy Crafting!!!
