Another shabby chic bird card

Hi guys, I'm here today to show you another card I've made with the latest In the Garden Collection from Tracy over at Noor Design UK
I love this kit with some of the gorgeous Pion papers The Songbirds Song 6"x 6" included,

I layered my papers adding a paper doily, different papers sheets, some gorgeous lace from
The Ribbon Girl, and some of the embellishments from some of the kits off tracy,
I took the gorgeous resin frame and altered it using  some Frantage in aged Ivory, onto this I added the birds nest, birds and flowers fussy cut out of the papers, I also used some of the natural fibres and some of my flowers from my stash,
The metal leaf came from another of the kits,
I finished it off with a butterfly and the Happy Birthday text from one of the 12 x 12 papers I had bought off Tracy, some seam binding, and some of the Ivy chipboard from the latest Kit too,

Love you!!!

Hi guys, I'm here today showing you a little blog inspiration using
Little Birdie which is one of the latest releases from
I think this image would  be fabulous for a Wedding Anniversary,
I coloured it with my distress re-inkers and cut  it out using a die,
I used some Galeria paper - The Cricket on the Hearth, using both sides of the paper, I  distressed the edges too and machine sewed the edges,
A little twine, and some of the fabulous overlapping hearts panel chipboard from Crafty enjoyments finishes it off,
Don't forget to check out our blog challenge here and we also have them on Face Book too,

Spring is on it's way!!

Well this weather has been so mild here, all the flowers are showing and the birds were looking at the bird boxes the other day,
I've not had a lot of crafting time recently but I have managed to make this,
I made it using some of the gorgeous Pion Design The Songbirds Secret, so love these papers!!
I cut out the large tag off one of the sheets and layered it onto another of the papers which I trimmed into shape then added some lace behind and slightly raised it up with 3D foam,
I fussy cut out the nest, branch with flowers, extra flowers and birds then layered them up again to make it 3D,

I again used some of the fabulous wooden fence which was in the in the garden collection from Tracy at Noor Design UK, this time I have kept it plain and just added some cut out butterflies again from one of the paper sheets,
These kits are available to order each month and I love that you get a surprise every time you open them, as you don't know what's in the kit till you get them,
I used one of the sentiments adding some cut out flowers on each end, a little liquid pearl is added on the middle of each flower,
Tegans back at school this week so hopefully I will find some time to craft and catch up with you guys,
Happy Crafting!!

Until You Spread Your Wings

Hi guys, were back today with our latest challenge over at
as usual it's anything goes as long as you use a All Dressed Up image, you can of course use some of the freebies available too,
This time I have used Magical Woodland as the image on my card,
I started colouring this with my distress inks, but for some reason the printer ink which is supposed to be waterproof has lost it's goodness or something as it now bleeds when I put water near it, not a good look I can tell you, so I printed it out again and coloured it with my copics, adding a little frantage around the image too,
the papers are from Pion Design which I bought from Tracy,
I thought this went fantastically with the image and was off one of the Pion sheets, I just edged it with a little distress ink, then added a eyelet and some seam binding again off Tracy,
The little charm is from The Ribbon Girl and I added a little Snowtex here and there too,
this is my second post today, as I posted one this morning for Craftyenjoyments, take a peek if you wish, lol
Happy Crafting!!

A very Special Vintage

It's time to Celebrate!!!!
It's my turn again for some inspiration for Craftyenjoyments
It's my next door neighbours  80th Birthday, so I couldn't resist making a card for him,
I got the template for the bottle off the internet, then used some of my papers from stash, I printed out the text on my computer then layered up the pieces using some 3D pads,
I took the fabulous Balloons chipboard and the Digits, covered them with a glue pen then added some snowflake tinsel embossing powder on top, then heat set them,
This added a hint of sparkle to the design of my card too,

Digits - 0738 Cardboard

Well I hope this has shown you another way to decorate your chipboards and show they are fab for mens cards too,

How sweet the song

Hi guys, just popping in with my latest card using some of the gorgeous products from the
In the Garden collection from Crafteezee
I used the adorable papers from the collection in 6"x 6", layering the top one with some foam pads for a little depth after tearing one edge so I could add one of the tags behind, which again is from a Pion  Design 12" x 12" sheet tags,
I added a little lace behind the top layer too, I'm not too sure where this came from but could be The Ribbon Girl!!
The adorable wooden birdcage was a gift from my sis, and  I added a few tiny dots of liquid pearl,
The gorgeous white butterflies are in the latest collection from Tracy at Noor Design Uk On the tops of the tags I used some metal eyelets from my stash with some of the fabulous white waxed cord off Tracy too,
I added a couple of my handmade foamiran flowers and some of the natural fibres in my stash, underneath is some of the wooden fence, (I trimmed it down) again in the latest collection, which I have added a little script to it off  a Stempelglede stamp using vintage photo distress ink, a flower from my stash and a lovely butterfly from a Pion Design paper,
Full view again
I've got Tegan some days this week, so I won't have as much crafting time!! lol
however I will be back on here on Wednesday with two DT projects,

A little bird told me

Hi guys, I've finally made a card!!!, my mojo had seriously gone for a walk, but after I got my latest
In the garden Crafteezee collection off Tracy, I found it again, these are still available I think plus some of the others too, also the next kit is available to order too,
I used some of the adorable paper by Pion The Songbirds Secret in 6x6 from the kit as well as some 12 x 12 I had bought off Tracy too,
I also used the fabulous Noor Latice border die on the edges of the card, simply edging the cut out design in a little vintage photo ink and another music notes die by Noor too,
I made a feature of the tags from one of the 12 x 12 papers, again simply edging them with a little vintage photo ink, I then used a metal eyelet from my stash and used some of the fantastic white waxed cord again from Tracy,
Hidden is a doily, and then a few flowers from my stash, I added a Cabochon made using one of the images off the 12 x 12 paper,
I finished my card off with one of the gorgeous blue flowers from the latest kit, lace from a previous kit, some white seam binding, and some liquid pearl here and there too,

I'm hoping to do another card today, when the dreaded housework has been tackled that is!!!
I would much rather craft, lol
