Happy Anniversary

Hi guys,
I'm here today with my DT  post  for Love to craft and create,  I've made this card for my daughter and son-in-laws 8th Wedding Anniversary, using these fabulous Lemoncraft Music letters from the  Basic paper pad and Cotton candy by lemoncraft too,
I used a spellbinders scalloped and plain heart die onto which I wound some natural jute  twine, then adhered a key hole piece by Scrapiniec over that,
I hand made the flowers using the papers too,
Do check out these beautiful papers, I love the colours and designs in them,

Happy Crafting!!

Believe, Achieve, Succeed

Hi guys, our theme this week over at

Believe, Achieve, Succeed

I have coloured this cute digital stamp by Tiddly Inks with my distress re-inkers, I coloured her to tone in with the fabulous Maja Design Home for The Holidays papers, which are winter based but are useful for other themes too, and I also used one of the Pion Design sheets - studio of Memories cut out sheet but I used the reverse side,
The base is made with with  a Doo Hickey Vintage square die,

To keep in with the graduation them I added one of the fabulous bark stars and in the colour scheme a silver Damask straw which I simply just cut down with scissors, then finished off with one of the awesome flowers Tina sells in her online store,

I finished off with a Doo Hickey Tilda tag onto which I added a Stempelglede text stamp from the Just A note Set

I'm on hols at the moment so Hope this has scheduled!!
Happy Crafting!!

Happy Birthday Jim

Hi guys, It's my hubby's 60th Birthday today, Yikes were have those years gone!!! lol
anyway here is the card I made for him,
I have Used some kraft coloured chipboard as the base front of my card then this Prima paper from my stash I've had for ages, just waiting for the right card, and I thought this is it!!!
I added a layer in the middle of watered down gesso, then added a Agateria  Ink spot Stencil available from Love to craft and create then I added a die cut the frame out of three layers of kraft card stock glued them together then added some stain with  a Stampendous Frantage Jewel kit, this I then layered with a piece of random paper from my stash and the chipboards to create depth and interest,

The chipboard leaf, clock and hexagon shapes are by Dusty Attic, these I have coloured with a little ground espresso distress ink,
I took some white card stock lightly stained with vintage photo distress ink for the center then added some die cuts,
Jim's an Electrician so I added a light bulb too!!!
Too finish off my card I added some twine, a butterfly cut from another one of the Prima papers, some hand stamped stitching effect, some micro beads in bronze and the clock hands and pocket watch from the latest Craft Box set by Anna, Jim noticed this watch the other day and liked it so it just had to be added didn't it?
I love to do mixed media, but this is the first one I am quite happy with, lol
hope he likes it too!!!
Back tomorrow with my usual Sunday post!!

Dreams Of A Garden

Hi guys, I'm here today again with another project I have made as guest for Scrapiniec,
this time I felt like making a 3D project and so I have made a watering can and flowers and leaves  out of some of the  beautiful Maja design papers,

I used one of the gorgeous papers to make the watering can itself from The vintage Romance collection - to be with you,
I used the Maja Design May  Mood Board as my inspiration for the colours / theme  etc,
On the body of the watering can I added some lace then a small rosette from the
Doily Lace collection, coloured lightly with a little distress ink,on top of this I added a Doo Hickey die flower made out of  some vintage Autumn basics paper, I then made some more flowers out of some Vintage spring papers,

I used one of the gorgeous Scrapiniec chipboards from the Ivy collection to trail down the main body too, this I kept in it's natural colour,

I then added a chipboard piece on the handle and spout from the Spring Prodigy wreath 1 collection, these were given the distress ink treatment too,

The Mood Board had a gorgeous quote written on it so I printed it out on my computer and added it as a embellishment on the top of the watering can,

Here is the gorgeous Maja Design Mood Board

Hi guys, over at
we have a Inspired by a 90's theme song,
Now I don't really listen to music so this was a little hard for me so I looked up the 90's songs on the web and this song was one All that she wants, by Ace of Base
I also have  a gorgeous Sleeping Tilda baby stamp in my stash, lol

Tilda is coloured with my distress re-inkers and I added a little glitter to the stamped image too, then some little dots made with some  liquid pearl,
The gorgeous papers I used are by Maja design still some of my favourites, from the Vintage spring and Vintage baby,
I added some of the beautiful flowers and lace available at Tina's online shop as well as the adorable heart pin on the top of the card and the so cute buttons charm, all links below

I also used this adorable Magnolia Doo Hickey die which came with one of the die magazines they
 do,
