Happy New Year

Hope you’ve all had a lovely Christmas and Santa’s been good to you,I made this card using my favourite Magnolia stamps and my lovely copics which I got earlier this year and just love,the background paper I’ve had for a while and not known what to use it for, you know how it is!!

I’m entering this card for Crafty Cardmakers Challenge which is to use your favourite items, which isn’t hard as I use them quite often, although I must admit i’ve not used my copics for a while and I had to try hard to remember how to use them, I must not leave it so long next time lol,

I’ve left the design quite plain as the bp is quite busy,the image is in front of a nestie shape which I’ve coloured with Distress inks, which are another favourite of mine come to think of it lol, and I did an easel card for a change as I hadn’t done one before,

Yipee, it’s snowing again, gosh we’ve not had this much of the white stuff for years, lol,

Ps, If anyone can recommend a good cutter to use, please can they let me know, mine’s just not cutting right and it’s very hard work to get straight edges with a wonky cutter !!

Last Christmas Card

                The images were kindly sent to me by my lovely friend Mandy, I just love these Christmas stamps there so gorgeous and so easy to colour I have added lots of stickles glue to the ring of snowflakes and glamour dust but my poor picture taking hasn’t picked it up,(note to self must practise for next time) lol,

Digital Doodling News

You probably already know that Wendy over at Digital Doodling has had to give up on her challenges, I wish to thank her for the fun we’ve had on the DD team, and to wish her well for the future,and in fact for all us lucky people out in blog land she is going to be giving away her Digital Designs instead of selling them, pop on over to her blog to find out more details,

I am starting to feel a little better and wish to thank everyone for their loving get well wishes, they sure cheered me up,and I hope to be able to put a card on my blog this weekend as I’ve had to work extra days and will probably be doing even more on the run up to Christmas, so much for having time to get well lol,

I’ve still tried to visit your blogs but if I’ve not managed to get round to you I hope you forgive me,
