Hi guys, well it feels good to be back to blogging again, my treatment is finished and I feel good! yeah!!
the challenge over at Totally Tilda this time is going postal,
I've again coloured it with distress re-inkers and coloured Tilda sending love letter with them too, this I have fussy cut round, shaped slightly and layered on with pin flair glue,
To give a vintage/ shabby chic feel I distressed the edges of the postcard stamp and again layered a couple up, this time I tied them with twine from the pretty little ribbon shop and finished it off with a Tim Holtz pen nib,
The leaves behind the charm are done with a Marianne die, and the doily is a Cheery Lynn one,
Closer view, can you make out the shadow I added, it really helps make it pop!
To take the shine off the pen nib I coloured both this and the charm with my distress inks to give a more mat finish,
