Peek A Boo!

Hi guys,

Our challenge today at Paper play is
Recycle it - Recycle or use something from round the house,
and we are being sponsored by
Thank you Zoe,
I've used a cocktail stick! lol,
is your mind boggling!!

As you can see I've used it for the pram handle,
I saw a pram similar to this in the last Magnolia Ink magazine and loved it so had a go myself, it's fiddly to do but I do love them lol,
the papers are shabby chic by Tim Holtz, the buttons are Neighbourwood not sure the make, the flowers are Wild Orchid Crafts,

I've added lace to the hood and to the pram apron, on this I've also added a bow,
the buttons have some twine tied into a bow, that was fiddly to do too lol,
My pram base is machine sewn and all edges are distressed with vintage photo distress ink,

Of course you can't have a pram with out a baby, so Edwin by Magnolia  is having a ride in his pram lol,
Edwin is coloured with disress ink re-inkers, and has then been cut out, I added some cheesecloth for support inside too,
The handle is made of Spellbinders - Shapeabilities - Flourish accent these I have cut four times to give each side double strength then added my cock tail stick for the middle,

Magnolia Down Under ~ Buttons and bows
Just magnolia ~ Anything goes plus optional stitching
WOC ~ Get in shape

hope you have as much fun with our challenge as I have,
look forward to seeing your creations,

This is amazing!!!
How did you get the idea of doing something like that?
Would you mind doing a "workshop" on how to do a pram like that? I am sure many crafters would like to make one like that... I know I do!
