It’s A Girl Thing

Hi peeps, how’s the weather were you are? it’s still raining on and off here, I’m getting really fed up with it now, it went gorgeous at about half six last night but by eight o’clock it was thundering and you guessed it it bucketed it down again, I tell you it’s a good job I’ve got this crafting to do or else I’d be going mad, well more mad than I am already lol if that’s possible that is,

The lovely Susie over at Die Cut Dreams wants to extend her DT, and  has asked for Pink and Girly, as you know one of my favourite things,  so here is my attempt, but why is it when you want your colours to look perfect, they never do on the computer lol,

My ribbon is white in real life and the large rose is baby pink not peach as it looks here , the pearl strings are baby pink too but at least Tilda’s the right colours lol, I’ve edges the papers with white crackle paint and my main image is edged with star dust stickles as is her tiara, swirls and  on my flowers, I’ve used pale green vellum for the leaves and some craft wire too,

Tilda is coloured with Copics, and has Glamour Dust on her Tiara and dress, I’ve also distressed the edges of my papers and used a deckle edged Nestie for the main image, the large pink pearls are Basic Grey,

I’m trying to catch up with loads of housework as Jim’s gone back to work today, so I’ve just done my ironing and now I’ve got to mop the floors YUK, two wet Westies doesn’t help with that either lol,

LGE rose~ Wild Orchid Crafts, yes they came and they are all gorgeous too, SM,  roses Fleetwood Market, all the others  items are from stash,

I’m really fed up the colours haven’t come out better and I’ve used a daylight lamp too but I can’t do it outside as it’ll get wet, so this is as good as it gets I’m afraid lol,
