My Lovely Friends,

Christmas

Hi Guys,
yeah summers back!! lol
Over at Addicted to stamps challenge the theme as you will see by the title Is Christmas, now as you know I only do Christmas in November, so I had to think about this one lol,
Why the clock you may ask!
well there is a story behind that lol,
my daughter from being very little used to come into our room egging her brother to do the same, yes she woke him up to do so, hoping that because there was two of them we would get up at anything from five minutes past twelve onwards!!!
now then the little darlings would go back to sleep, but mummy would be wide awake and by tea time asleep in her soup!!! lol,
so naughty mummy used to make her wait till two!! still early me thinks!!! lol

so Ive made my card to give to her as it's now a joke in the family, as now she's married she still does the same only her hubby gets woken up with her unable to sleep and all so excited!!!

when I told my mum, she said she was the same last year!! I mean is it catching!!! lol
anyway back to the card he he,
As you can see I've used my new Sissix clock die again, I'm so loving this, only this time I've stamped a poinsettia in the middle and added tiny gold beads as the stamens, the grunge is made by  using rub on metalic,
The flowers are from Hobbycraft and the leaves are a Marianne die I think if you know any different let me know lol, my edges are machine sewn and edged with stickles glitter glue,

Tilda is coloured with copics, cut out and adhered on with glue, ooooh you can also see my ribbon peeking out,

Little red wagon ~ Christmas in July
Craft us crazy ~ Christmas in July

Just a reminder that over at Totally Tilda we have our distressing challenge going on, I've distressed a peg and made a horseshoe too,
I've distressed all the edges of my paper, the added a few pearls and a tag,
The back view has two added hearts punched with a Martha Stewart punch,
The horse shoe is created using a Marianne die cut in grunge board then the same paper used over the top which has been distressed the same as the  peg,
I cut the top bit off the circle to form the shape and added the same ribbon to compliment the two, a few roses and pearls finish it off,
challenges
Fun with shapes and more~ everything but a card

well peeps, that's it for now,
hope the weathers gorgeous where you are,
will try to catch up later but we always have the family on Sunday so it gets a bit hectic!!!!!,
remember I have candy,
Love and hugs Liz xx
