Miss Anya Card,

I’ve made this card for my son’s girlfriend, who loves her boots and handbags like the rest of us, she doesn’t really do too fussy so I’ve kept it fairly simple, and it just so happens to fit into the Anya Ink challenge which is for No printed paper, how good was that lol,P1010714

Coloured in Copics, BossKut~Krazy Daisy Die,spellbinders frame Die,sentiment and flower stickers, Textured Card,

I’m uploading a second card today, that’s a first for me, I’ve used another of Stitchy’s Digi’s  as some one asked for some sympathy cards and I was quite pleased with this how this turned out, I find these hard as you can’t really go over the top or anything can you?P1010711

I used a daisy punch for the flowers and just curled the petals in, not done this before but I think it looks quite effective, leaves are done in pearlised paper using a L-EM punch, if you haven’t checked out Stitchy’s images go to her site on my sidebar and don’t forget the new challenge blog One stitch at a time, starting 14th February, again see my sidebar,

Thanks for looking, Hugs Liz xx

Hi Liz, great card, I always chicken out of making these kind of cards as I used to feel getting enjoyment out of making cards in these circumstances wasn't boding well with me, but looking at your card, it has changed my mind in that you've taken time to make something to comfort someone in their grieving time. Well done, its beautiful and shows sensitivity. Sarah x

Sorry Liz, as you've done two uploads in one I didn't comment on your Anya card - I think this is another one which I may have to collect. The colour combo is fab and love the flower die - I'm going to GMEX craft show on Sat (all being well with my cold - got today off to recover!), so will have a mooch around there for some bits and bobs. BOTH cards are excellent Liz! I love the Anya stamp and how you did the background of different color plain blue papers! Super job for the challenge of no printed paper! As for the "no fussy" it's right up my alley...

Lovely sympathy card too. Just the perfect amount of embellishment with the flowers and leaves, you did a wonderful job. Have a great day, Aloha, J:)
